- Lead and mentor a team of SEOs with a focus on advancing on-page optimization impact.
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the SEO team and projects/initiatives that operate in conjunction with other teams within the group
- Future planning - responsibility for the long-term organic strategy for Covers.com (initiative planning, resources, timeframes and execution)
- Team Management - Goals, Growth, Training and Development. Setting the right expectations to not only meet agreed deliverables but smash through them.
- Culture Shift > SEO First: Turn SEO into a key component of the leadership team, future direction and strategy
- Managing key tools and expenses associated with SEO and Covers.com to ensure teams have what they need and can drive forward at pace.
