Findel Education is developing a new SEND Provision & Inclusion capability to support schools, trusts and local authorities in delivering effective, needs‑led provision across inclusive learning environments. We are now seeking a commercial and strategically capable leader to shape and grow this proposition.

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the development of a credible and scalable SEND offering, aligned to how schools identify need, plan provision and make purchasing decisions. You will work across proposition development, customer engagement and go‑to‑market activity, helping to build a practical and commercially sustainable approach.
