Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead and drive the commercial growth of our Power and Grid Business Unit. This pivotal role will take ownership of business development across a £3 billion opportunity portfolio spanning Solar, Electric Vehicles (EV), Grid, and Battery Storage - all within the framework of the UK's transformative £54 billion National Grid design programme.

Main Duties

• Lead, inspire, and manage a cross functional sales team across four Business Units


• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with ambitious growth objectives


• Identify and leverage market opportunities within decarbonisation, renewables, and grid transformation sectors


• Build deep client relationships and strategic partnerships to expand commercial footprint


• Track and report on KPIs, pipeline health, and market trends to support data driven decision making
