This is a high-impact builder role: full ownership of regional revenue, direct management of a 9-person team, and responsibility for transforming the sales organization into a disciplined, scalable enterprise engine. You will lead from the front, closing strategic deals, upgrading talent, and installing rigorous processes across regions.
