Edelman is seeking a strategic and operationally driven Head of Resource Management and Operations – Solutions LATAM to oversee workflow management, team integration, and operational excellence across the region’s Solutions organization. This role will manage the flow of work across Creative, Strategy, Digital, Intelligence, Design, and Creator teams, ensuring projects are staffed effectively, aligned with business priorities, and delivered efficiently and with high quality.
