The role

This is a senior leadership position with departmental ownership. As Head of Real Estate, you will lead the team, develop strategy, close high‑value transactions, and be the face of CadenzaLux in the market. You will work directly with Management and report to the Board, with a mandate to grow the department commercially and operationally. You will oversee co‑brokerage partnerships and be accountable for the department's revenue targets, KPIs, and compliance.

Key Responsabilities

• Develop and drive the Real Estate department strategy in line with CadenzaLux's business objectives
• Originate and close real estate transactions, sales and long‑term rentals
