This role involves overseeing the Producibility department to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals, while enhancing team capabilities through performance management and continuous improvement.
It requires close collaboration with Procurement and Quality teams to support component qualification, resolve non-conformities, and optimize manufacturing processes.
Additional responsibilities include approving product designs, managing operational efficiency, and ensuring effective cost center administration.

- You will be accountable to the Head of Core Engineering for delivery of work that meets the Cost, Quality and Delivery expectations of the business
