Head of PMO & Portfolio Development

You will lead the Project Management Office (PMO), lead selected strategic programs, and take end-to-end accountability for developing portfolio management practices that connect strategy, business value, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously develop Finnair’s PMO and project management capability, including methodologies, governance, tooling, and reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers and build a broader PM community across the organisation.
• Lead selected strategic programs and major initiatives.
• Strengthen execution discipline across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management.
• Further develop and operationalise the portfolio management model, including prioritisation, performance management, and supporting tools.
