Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee all aspects of HR practices, administrative operations, and facility management to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
- Work with business leaders to curate a performance-driven culture through various HR tools such as talent management, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, and learning.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and build developmental tracks for employees across all functions.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices and legal requirements, and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
