**Head of Operations Nordic Cluster**
The Head of Operations Nordic Cluster is responsible for that the Nordic Cluster Operations team is providing efficient and professional service to our customer, partners and suppliers. The Head of Operations reports to COO of the Nordic cluster. The positions will be based in Oslo.
**Responsibilities**:
Manage a dedicated and competent Nordic Operations Team.
Develop the organization, procedures and IT systems to increase automatization and efficiency.
Manage operational risks.
**Main activities**:
Manage the operations activities in the Nordic Cluster in order to efficiently cover the needs.
Follow up the customer contracts through the contract life-cycle, and update the contract with any amendments,
Ensuring the completion of KYC (know your customer) studies,
