Head of Sales for Finago’s SME segment. Lead a high‑volume sales team, own sales targets, and build a scalable sales process.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of seven Sales Managers selling Finago’s financial and HR software to 1–19 person companies.
- Drive daily sales activity, ensuring ARR growth targets are met.
- Design and scale the sales model, reducing micromanagement.
- Use data (funnels, conversions, KPIs) to steer the team.
- Co‑train and develop team members regularly.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and SDR to refine lead flow and campaigns.

- Experience leading a volume‑focused, short‑cycle sales team (SMB, micro, inside).
- Proven results – concrete examples of delivering team quota.
