We're hiring a Head of Marketplace to own the full loop: from the moment a job enters the platform to a successful placement and account expansion.

THE MISSION

Systematically increase win rate, decrease time-to-fill, improve recruiter performance, and grow revenue from existing clients — through a combination of operational excellence and scalable product/AI-driven solutions.
