Overview

SHiFT is seeking our first Head of Impact to lead the organisation-wide approach to evaluation, evidence and learning. You will help answer difficult questions about meaningful change in complex lives, relational and systems-based interventions, credible evidence in real-world environments, and the use of learning to improve practice and influence wider systems change. This is a senior leadership role accountable for evaluation strategy, evidence quality and impact measurement, with responsibility for designing robust frameworks that assess outcomes at child, practice and systems levels and readiness for external evaluation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead SHiFT’s impact, evaluation and evidence strategy and formalise an organisation-wide evaluation framework for outcomes at child, practice and systems levels.
