Tern seeks a Head of Sales to own agency revenue and enhance sales strategies. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your enterprise and SMB experience to accelerate our sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include structured pipeline reviews, fostering team development, and defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in collaboration with marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own agency revenue by managing enterprise accounts
• Coach Account Executives through weekly pipeline reviews
