A snapshot of your day. We are looking for an experienced and accomplished function leader to join our team as the Head of Continuous Improvement in Grid Technologies Switchgears. You will ensure global application of Lean principles by deploying the standard Manufacturing System across factories and staying closely connected with operations to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.

You lead major Lean initiatives, coach Lean leaders worldwide, and help sites improve On Time Delivery (OTD), Factory Availability, and First Pass Yield (FPY). You guide teams through Kaizen events, streamline flow, reduce NCC, and accelerate improvement cycles. Your work stabilizes operations, reduces waste, increases productivity, and drives factories toward top operational benchmarks through structured problem solving and focused quality projects.
