Head of Commercial- Housing Partnerships

Location : North West or Midlands region- flexible to home base location, travel to our core offices will be required

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Our Head of Commercial is a senior role in our business, fundamentally you are responsible for driving commercial performance across our Housing Partnerships portfolio, operating on a nationwide basis. This role supports the delivery of multiple long‑term, multi‑million‑pound contracts for our clients, offering both security and stability, while ensuring consistency and value across regions.

Predominantly centred around Reactive Repairs and Planned Refurbishment projects within Social Housing environments, this role is unique in that it takes an account management–style approach, working across the country to support and strengthen key client partnerships.
