Head of Business Development

You will be responsible for business development and strategy execution, working closely with the CWB BL management team, business development community, other crushing and screening‑related business lines, and market area organizations. You will report to Joni Meronen, SVP, Crusher Wears, and can be located in Tampere or Espoo.

You will join a team of crusher wears experts dedicated to creating value for our customers and ensuring the success of the Crusher Wears Business Line in collaboration with market areas and other stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the annual strategy and planning process and drive execution for the CWB BL in line with corporate processes
• Lead and support M&A lifecycle activities for CWB BL together with the BL leadership and other stakeholders
