The role ensures competitive, fair and performance-oriented reward programs, oversees global governance, leads the annual compensation cycle, and acts as key advisor to senior management, the Executive Board and the Remuneration Committee. The position additionally serves as Business Owner for Workday HRIS modules related to reward and plays a strategic role in HR digitalization and process optimization.
