This position provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar. The Executive Bartender of Avaton Luxury Beach Hotel is Marco Maiorano, who is a senior bartender at the Scarfes Bar in London, one of the World's Best Bars.
