Hardware Product Development Manager - Onsite Position

We’re looking for a highly motivated Hardware Product Development Manager to join our Ottawa, ON team. You will lead a dynamic group of Hardware Engineers responsible for the development of new products and the support of the existing product lines. You plan and oversee product development activities, ensuring objectives are met to satisfy business and customer needs.

You will also work closely with cross‑functional team members in Engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI), Customer Support, Sales and Marketing. You coach, mentor, guide, and help nurture the development team to realize its full potential and adopt a culture of quality and customer satisfaction.
