Title - Hardware Asset Management Consultant
Duration – 6 Months (Possibility of Conversion)
Location - Toronto, ON (2 Days Onsite)
We are seeking a hands‑on to lead the installation of HAM Pro plug‑in, implementation and ongoing optimization of ServiceNow HAM Pro, from a business perspective.
You will also lead the integration with other data sources, enable governance and controls (both preventative and reactive).
Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- You will analyze the impacts of HAM Pro plug‑in to other modules in ServiceNow,
- Understand and streamline the existing processes and workflows,
- Design the new processes leveraging features and workflows in HAM Pro.
- Building dashboards and reports in ServiceNow.
- Execute Hardware reconciliation
