Main duties and responsibilities
To carry out repairs and reactive maintenance on all building fabric and facilities related systems under our control as per the client/Apleona contract relationship Assist the engineering team to carry out planned preventative maintenance on all equipment under our control as per the client/Apleona contract relationship. Participate in property & facility related inspections and lead in follow up actions. Be proactive in anticipating facilities related improvements and repairs.
