• Conduct theory classes, practicals, and case-based discussions for MBBS and PG students.
  

• Supervise major and minor surgeries (LSCS, hysterectomies, laparoscopic procedures, etc.).
  

• Mentor and guide PG students in thesis, clinical training, and research publications.
  

• Oversee labor room, OT, and antenatal/postnatal ward rounds.
  

• Ensure clinical audits, patient care quality, and adherence to NABH/NMC protocols.
