REPORTING TO: SPA DIRECTOR & GYM SUPERVISOR

SCOPE OF ROLE

Coordinating all aspects of the Gym and Personal Training, driving fitness, operating criteria, staff relations and training.

The Gym Intern will play a key role in the Gym & Spa’s vision of success ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all aspects of the fitness operation.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

FITNESS ACTIVITIES

  • Support Personal Training Sessions during scheduled working hours.
  • Ensure activities are performed to an exceptional standard, as per Workshop and Hotel brand standards.
  • Monitor the cleanliness of equipment and levels of guest supplies in the fitness areas.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures correctly, acting on any maintenance issues immediately.
