This includes, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets and cleaning curtains and upholstered furniture as well as dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures and fittings.

Ensure proper bed making techniques and presentation of guest rooms, including attention to details with room setup.

Conduct a self-inspection of each assigned room to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard and follow up on any touch ups needed, before marking the room as ready.

Ensure guest amenities, linen and supplies as well as advertising material, in bedrooms and bathrooms, are replenished to the correct standards for the room type.
