Role Overview:
This role supports U.S.-based logistics environments and may be assigned to operational, administrative, or accounting-related functions such as dispatching, shipment tracking, documentation, billing support, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash application, depending on business and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day logistics and transportation operations in alignment with client requirements, SLAs, and internal procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, drivers, vendors, and clients to ensure operational continuity and service quality.
