About The Role

We're seeking a GTM Engineer to join our Growth and Development team. This is a new kind of role for us — a GTM Engineer who owns and builds the systems that power how we acquire, engage, and grow customers at scale. You'll report to the Senior Director of Growth and Development, working day‑to‑day alongside sales, SDR, and business operations teams to automate workflows, build internal tools, and bring engineering rigor to how we grow.

You'll be embedded with the business team, but closely aligned with our Tech department—participating in engineering‑wide meetings, following our engineering best practices, and contributing to our technical culture. Think of it as having the context of a business operator with the toolkit of a software engineer.

You will also play a key role in helping teammates across the organization harness AI effectively—by building AI‑powered solutions and coaching colleagues on how to use AI tools in their work.
