Chief of Staff, LATAM ElevenLabs is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside the GM of LATAM and build a high‑impact GTM team across Latin America.
What You’ll Do - Partner directly with the GM on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning
- Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the LATAM team
- Support and align teams in complex deal execution
- Sit in on AE interviews and customer meetings, representing the GM when needed
- Manage complex calendars and coordination across multiple time zones
- Keep the team aligned on company processes and following through on commitments
- Identify and solve operational problems before they become bigger ones
- Use AI tools to automate, streamline, and multiply your impact
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion and act as a trusted partner across the organization
