**Job Description Summary**
Responsible for ensuring quality and compliance of activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work. This includes maintaining and verifying implementation of the site quality plan to ensure that contractual, legal, and internal requirements are met. Schedules and Conduct site audits based on contractual requirements and customer needs. Works with site contractors to ensure job tasks are understood and performed according to local and city / state requirements. Works with Site Manager to ensure work is completed as scheduled with appropriate checks and documentation supported. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of working project team.
