About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Growth Specialist focused on execution and measurable results. You will build, test, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, working closely with leadership to drive growth.

This role requires strong ownership, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to turn insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Execute campaigns across paid media, email, content, and social
• Build and optimize marketing funnels end-to-end
• Analyze performance and improve key metrics (leads, CAC, conversion)
• Run A/B tests on creatives and landing pages
