About the Role

We’re looking for a performance-obsessed, analytically sharp Growth Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing e-commerce team. We are a lean, entrepreneurial, multi-brand pet products company operating at 8-figure scale. Every team member directly impacts business performance — and this role is central to driving our next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own strategy and performance across all paid acquisition channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon Ads, Walmart, Chewy, and more
• Manage and optimize agency relationships to ensure KPI accountability and continuous performance improvement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for growth performance reporting, reporting directly to the CEO
