As our **Group Manager** you will manage and lead a dedicated team of service engineers, ensuring the delivery of effective and timely services as requested by internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Follow-up and maintain that our service engineers have correct and up to date competence and certifications
- Constantly improve our customer service standards to achieve service targets and goals
- Support and assist internal and external customers
- Fully adopt and operate according to HSE, Quality Assurance and Business Ethics guidelines and BMS procedure
- Assist Coordinator with planning and coordinate service engineers’ assignments
- Be a contact point towards the different product departments
