Reporting directly to the Group Pricing and Actuarial Manager, the successful candidate plays a key role in analyzing and pricing groups of up to 1,000 lives.
You will be responsible for preparing quotes, renewals, and various option requests, ensuring justified, competitive proposals that align with market needs.
- Maintain profitability through the development and application of pricing and selection standards.
- Support the group insurance sales team in understanding client needs and delivering competitive benefit and rate proposals.
- Participate in negotiations with reinsurers and collaborate with brokers and TPAs.
- Act as a resource person for junior team members by providing support, feedback, and contributing to their development.
