Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and allocating payments;
- Cost and fee handling and administration;
- Preparing invoicing documents;
- Reconciliation of accounting events;
- Data analysis and validation;
- Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions;
- Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents;
- Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures;
- Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment;
- Identifying areas or processes for improvements.
