Taking ownership of the day-to-day hotel direction, maximising financial returns, driving people development and empowering our team to create memorable guest experiences every step along the way.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
**People**
Develop programmes and initiatives to increase team engagement that are aligned with the hotel’s service philosophy
Develop, implement and monitor colleague succession planning to ensure future bench strength
Establish performance and development goals for colleagues and provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to enhance performance
Oversee HR related actions in accordance with company rules and policies
Leverage IHG Our People Tools and L&D programs to enhance employee engagement and drive career pathways
