Government Contracts Lawyers . Ideal candidates will have a strong background in government contracts law, with expertise in advising clients on a wide range of government procurement processes. These Lawyers will be embedded within in‑house legal teams and provide legal advice and support to their existing contracting teams, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Advise clients on all aspects of government contracting, including contract formation, negotiation, performance, and termination, and provide support to clients on government contracts‑related issues as they arise. Assist clients in navigating government procurement processes, including bid protests, requests for proposals (RFPs), and contract disputes.
