In this role, you will report to the Assistant Corporate Secretary and manage board and committee logistics. Key responsibilities include developing meeting agendas, ensuring timely submissions, and supporting Board Education initiatives. Your collaboration with Board members and the Executive Leadership Team will ensure operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create annual work plans for board committees
• Coordinate logistics for board meetings and events
• Manage communications with Board members through technology
• Facilitate the implementation of Board policies
• Update board materials and Terms of Reference on the website
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
