What we are looking for:

NRC is seeking an experienced Global Shelter & Settlements (S&S) Adviser to support our EURASIA and Latin America (LA) region. Reporting to the Global Lead for Shelter & Settlements, you will provide strategic and technical leadership to Country and Regional Offices, helping to strengthen programme quality, shape effective S&S strategies, and ensure the delivery of high-impact shelter and settlements interventions.

In this role, you will advise and build the capacity of country teams, drive the development of policies, tools, and best practices, and provide technical oversight to ensure programmes meet NRC standards and donor requirements.
