We're looking for a customer-obsessed and impact-driven Senior Operations Associate to join our Groceries and Retail team within Global Operations, Experience, and Quality.
In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to create seamless and reliable experiences for Uber users-helping ensure that every order arrives on time and meets our high quality standards.
You'll collaborate across Tech, Community Operations, Merchant Operations, Catalog, and other teams to reduce defects, prevent cancellations, and minimize fraud.
