As the Head of Global Reward & Mobility at ARLANXEO, you will lead further improvement, development and execution of our Global Reward & Mobility initiatives. Your role is crucial in shaping and implementing guidelines, policies, and initiatives that drive a performance-oriented culture through competitive rewards, and mobility systems. This role requires a hands-on, agile leader who can align our shareholders’ interests with the broader corporate strategy, ensuring that our rewards and mobility frameworks are both effective and compliant with international standards.

You will lead a team of two Global Total Rewards Managers, collaborating closely to develop and implement comprehensive global compensation and benefits structures.
