As Global Director of Group Insurance – Essential Products Company, you will help protect the business from financial volatility through insurance and risk financing solutions, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

**Your key responsibilities**

+ Define and lead the global insurance and risk financing strategy for the Essential Products Company.
+ Advise Executive Committee and senior stakeholders on evolving risk exposures and risk appetite.
+ Develop and deploy global insurance programs and alternative risk transfer solutions.
+ Lead insurance aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestments.
