In this role, you’ll be responsible for a very well-known and reputable brand within the beauty industry. If you love the Digital and Social Media industry, having experience interacting with consumers and managing followers, this is a great opportunity for you!

As a Community Specialist fluent in German, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Act as brand ambassador, answer to social media conversations (owned, earned) on care and non-care related topics, on all social media platforms, on 1:1 or 1:many.
• Engage with consumers to offer meaningful and personalized conversations, foster loyalty, and online sales by providing excellent experiences (solution, service, product, beauty advice, etc).
