We are looking for fluent German speakers to build and join the German department of a new platform for online payments.

Responsibilities:
- Support customers via chat, e-mail, and some calls
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners
- Work towards reaching targets as set out by the client statement of work as well as internal targets
Requirements
- Fluent in German (minimum level C1-C2, oral and written)
- Good command of English (minimum level B2, oral and written)
- Excellent communication skills and good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
