Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Maintenance and Engineering Manager in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Solid technical knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, electronics, power electricity, and service equipment.
• Experience in launching new projects and products, including APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, and poke yokes.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication, leadership, initiative, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
