CTdoAgro is seeking a Treasury Manager for its client, a multinational crop protection company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the Treasury area, leading the team and ensuring operational and strategic efficiency
• Structure and manage cash flow, financial operations, and banking relationships, including interfacing with banks and investment funds
• Conduct structured financial operations and hedging policies, ensuring currency protection and business support
• Manage financial expenses, ensuring budget control and financial efficiency
• Prepare and present financial reports, indicators, and reports for the Head Office and Global Treasury
• Implement global Treasury policies in Brazil, ensuring compliance, governance, and processes standardization
• Work in an integrated manner with all areas of the company, ensuring strategic financial support for operations
