Gerdau is hiring a Process Engineer at our Selkirk, MB facility. In this role, you will develop vital engineering data and enhance production efficiencies for billets and finished products.
Reporting to the Rolling Mill Superintendent, this position partners closely with maintenance and operations teams. You’ll gather and analyze production data to monitor performance against standards, proposing improvements where necessary. Candidates should have a foundation in metallurgy and proven problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and review flow charts for efficient operations
