As an HR Generalist, you will play an important strategic role by supporting the HR Manager in the planning and implementation of HR initiatives. You will serve as one of the main points of contact for managers, guiding them through operational challenges and supporting the development of their teams.
A significant part of your role will also involve leading HR projects, managing internal HR communications, and coordinating initiatives and events, ensuring everything is effectively planned and executed.
