**General Sales Support - Medical Supplies**
As a Sales Support Specialist for the Medical supplies team, you will be the first line of support for inquiries and doubts. You’ll work closely with account managers, internal teams, and various online tools to provide customer-focused, solution-oriented responses. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality service.
**Your role:**
+ Support change orders end-to-end as the primary activity, aligning with Account Managers when needed.
+ Handle low-value/simple HPM orders and operational tasks (e.g., DSR creation), including consumables and order tracking inquiries.
+ Manage product status requests and ensure clear visibility and timely responses to customers.
+ Assess and manage escalations, resolving operationally or involving Account Managers for critical or retention-risk situations.
