Reporting to the Executive Vice President, the General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily business activities of the Mechanical and Plumbing division. Improving overall business functions, developing strategic plans, and communicating and delivering business goals. 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee operational activities for the business unit.

Lead the development of the business units strategic plan and management of the operations team to meet the P&L objectives and the organization’s long-term strategy. 

Analyze the existing operational organization, structure, processes and performance; and identify opportunities and implement solutions for improvement.
