Business Leadership & Strategy

Lead the development and execution of the strategic plan for the Canada Reconditioning business, including growth, profitability, and operational priorities Drive alignment with broader organizational initiatives (e.g., transformation, integration, or carve‑out efforts within Canada operations) Identify and execute opportunities for operational improvement, cost optimization, and revenue growth Financial & Operational Performance
